 Jiangyin hengye forging Co.,Ltd.established in 2000, is the member of the confederation of Chinese Metalforming Industry.As one of the biggest open-die forging mamufacturer,Our company is specialized in manufacturing cylinder,flanges and forged valve components used in high pressure industry field.
Our factory covers an area of 60,000m2, building area 20,000m2. The main equipments:6000T hydraulic press , Eight ton open-die Hammer (Equate to 2500T press), vertical lathe (2500-10000mm),horizontal lathe, high Speed Cnc DRILLING MACHINES ETC.The annual capacity is 45,000 tons.
Currently, the outside diameter of largest forged ring can reach 4500mm,the products has used in different industries like wind power,nuclear,petrol-chemical,electric power,machinery, shipping, bearing, etc.
There are 40% of our prducts sold to different countries like Germany, Italy, France, Sweden , USA and South-east Asian Market.
The number of total staffing is 250 em,ployees.Among them,there are 35 engineers and technicians.Besides,we have completed set of inspection equipments,enable to perform chemical analysis,mechanical test(High temp Tensile test,-196C impact test),Corrosion tests,Micro examination analysis,and UT test.As important heavy forging manufacturer,we have certificates of ISO9001 quality system, TUV, DNV,ABS etc. We are member of Confederation of Chinese Metalforming industry, Petrol-chemical equipment industry Association.
Our plant is convenient in transportation, as located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, China. No more than 120km away from Shanghai, about 140km away from Shanghai, about 140km away from Nanjing, and about 8km to the wharf of Changjiang.
